(Evidence is in order of importance.)
===============================================

The Original 11 Herbs and Spices:

1) Black Pepper (Tellicherry)

From an official 1976 KFC Spice and Flour Bag discovered in 2009.

Tellicherry was first mentioned by jbishop (a KFC researcher) in the
Summer of 2008. Every since it was discovery... Tellicherry has been a
must to duplicate the O.R. of old. Note: All of Marion-Kay's black pepper
is Tellicherry.

In Todd Wilbur's video, it proves that KFC does indeed use
Black Pepper (Tellicherry)

2) White Pepper

In the Spring of 2008, someone announced that the O.R. had white
pepper but no proof but he held fast. That someone was Mark,
the site admin of TCK.

White Pepper adds a Peppery taste without being seen on the chicken.

This proves that CHS's O.R. has indeed White Pepper.
Note: Why would KFC list White Pepper on their bag if it is Top Secret?

3) Ginger (Jamaican)

Ginger was proven when a page circulated around among the researchers
in the Summer/Fall of 2009. Even tho, Brodie Johnson took credit for
it, it stills remain a mystery on who actually found it in the book.

Mr. Jack Massey was one of the three that bought out CHS in 1964 for 2
million dollars.

This was discovered in 2008 by a KFC researcher.

Tommy and Cherry Settle found CHS' 1964 Diary in the house that was
once owned by CHS. When they wanted to auction off the diary, KFC
sued the lovely couple. KFC took possession of the Diary and returned

it back and said the 11 herbs and spices recipe found in the diary was
nothing but a stuffing recipe... but was it? Afterwards, the Settles
were able to afford the renovation to their Claudia's Dinner House.
Wonder where they got all that money to do it? That recipe was never
published or ever heard of again.
To find the first post... search for Ginger (twice).

4) Garlic (or Garlic Salt)

Garlic has been in debate since the Spring of 2008 when Garlic was
listed on one of KFC bags. The argument is KFC added as an
additive and not part of the 11 herbs and spices and why would they
list it on the bag if it is Top Secret. Why would they list White Pepper
on the 1976 bag if it was Top Secret. Wink

Garlic can be found in most famous brands and Southern dishes
so we are confident and comfortable that Garlic was part of the original
herbs and spices.

5) Onion

Marion Kay Spices mentioned in their Tour video that Garlic and Onion
are in most of their blends. Marion Kay used to supply herbs and spices
to CHS.

Whenever you see Garlic in most of the famous brands... sure enough
you will see Onion right next to it. Both of them go hand in hand.

In 1976, KFC stated on their spice and flour bag... "Vegetable Herbs and Spices" which Onion is a vegetable.

6) Celery

Celery was discovered by a researcher by the name of Kiwi in the
fall of 2008.

Celery was almost not part of the original 11 herbs and spices because of
it's unpopularity. They claim Celery makes the mix smell like 'dirty
socks'. KFC said not once but twice that Celery was in the
O.R. on their Pakistan and UK websites. We took a print screen of
it and now KFC is saying Maybe. Good thing we took a picture of it!

"Vegetable Herbs and Spices" which Celery is a vegetable.

7) Mustard

Mustard along with Celery showed up on two KFC websites in 2008.

Kiwi discovered it but other researchers denounced it but proof is proof.
